The Deaf Community Center is St. Louis finest community center for our Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.  Our members have many opportunities to offer services and gain valuable insight into other organizations through networking. Today's generation of Deaf youth need to understand how these services apply to them, and how they impact all aspects of life.  Membership in RTR/DCC can make sure that happens, as together we strive for leadership and advocacy.  Our goal is to reach out through referrals and community events for our Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.
