RTR/DCC is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization established in 1967 that is operated by our inspiring deaf individuals in our community.   Organization representatives and members are united together to our one big community for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.  

 

DCC offers:

• informative events to share among individuals about our organizations. 

• our local DCC events. 

• resources/advocacy network and outreach to our community.
